Overview Class 600 ANSI B16.5 Forged Flanges :
Flanges are used to connect the pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment. The Classes are used to classify the different types of flanges as per their pressure handling. 600 lb ANSI flange dimension is used for a piping system. The welded neck flange dimension is very easy to clean, inspect, modify. They are either welded or screwed. The flanged joint is used to create by bolting together two 600 lb rf, the dimension with a gasket between them to provide a seal.
The pressure rating of the class 600 ANSI B16.5 Forged Flange depends on the material used to produce it. For instance, a stainless nickel alloy flange would have different properties than the flange built of any other alloy. The pressure rating will also depend on the heat treatment condition and pressure class. .
